People are loosing intrest, not showing up to raids because "Oh i cant leave my HoN game" (like 3/4 of the guild plays HoN, i do not)

Achievements:

How many achievement points do you have?: 8400 on my shaman noted above(My old main)
What achievement are you the most proud of and why?: My Amani War Bear or Black Temple. all server firsts in BC. I got server first bear mount on Shandris in <Recount> Same with Black Temple. Now for Wrath/Cata acheves i would have to say Headed South 1 healing it pre 15% buff and what not. That was an annoying ass fight to much RnG based and healing it in a few epics and 346 gear was painful.

Pretty well written app. Doesn't make my eyes bleed, which is, sadly, a rare enough event. You're currently in your PVP gear, so we can't evaluate your gear for raids. And I am also disappointed with the state of your professions. Professions absolutely make a difference in raids. What's your plan for taking care of that?

As Yova said and Ast will probably confirm, we do not have an enormous need for Warlocks right now. However, we do not have a very deep bench, and there is nothing necessarily wrong with bringing a third warlock if we need to plug a DPS gap. Don't take this with certainty, but odds are your raiding time will be a bit on the slim side, at least early on, as a lock. In all honesty, we have a more pressing need for shamans. I only bring that up after making note of your old main.

Sorry about my pvp gear i was carrying some one last night. And i understand about the warlock deal. having 3 locks currently is a little over kill. and about my professions. i used to be 525 herbalism and mining because i rerolled to play with my friends and dropped mining to get engineering and just haven't had the time to level engineering to 525.

I'm a lazy fuck, completely contradicting what I said in the other application. Copy pasting from the other application because it really applies to you both:

Alright good to review now. The application itself looks fine, but it appears you and your friend applefish stumbled upon our guild based on our raid nights and current progress alone. We actually weren't considering recruitment right now but the two of you are probably among the top 2 DPS classes we >COULD< make room for. We do have only 2 warlocks, but warlocks aren't exactly bad DPS right now, especially if Applesauce uses his secondary spec as Demo for Maloriak. Another DI is always nice considering we have 3 mages I don't think will EVER opt to sit out. As for you, spriests are the overall #1 DPSers right now which is interesting consider they only actually are expected to make top DPS on several fights, but in all other fights they are respectably high.

The only real problem is, as I said, we weren't actively recruiting. We have a total of 28 raiders right now. Among the rDPS department, the number is something like 11/10, and adding you and your friend will make that 13/10. The thing is, now that we've started the really hard heroic bosses (Conclave, Omni, and onward), people are probably going to start begging to get benched, and truthfully when I asked if anyone wouldn't mind sitting out last raid, I received quite a few tells.

TL;DR version: We're interested, but you and your friend will have to expect some slim raiding for a bit as we work the two of you in more regularly. Wednesday's would primarily be your best chance for raiding as our farm nights, while reserving our more experienced/geared for progression night on Monday. Also, you and your friend need to power up that secondary profession. I really don't care what it is, as long as it buffs you in a reasonable way. This shouldn't be a surprise though. We aren't casuals, and we didn't get 5/13 on a 2 night raid schedule from slacking, so please train those skills up until level where you get the buff (500 usually) over the next week or two.

I have some free time so i will defenaly power up my professions over the next day or so. I agree there is really no excues for me not to have max proffs its so easy and money is not hard to come by. And about raiding thats fine with me i dont mind raiding on wednesday then sitting monday for a more experenced DPS or a class that offers more raid synergy. I can be avilable on both days.
