1. Reason(s) for leaving current guild:
I had gastric bypass about a month ago. I was offtank for casual progression guild on Spirestone. I was also an officer in the guild with some tenure, albeit a shot tenure. I had complications from the surgery and ended up being gone from the guild for a month and a half. The guild, rightfully so, had moved on and it just did not feel the same to me. After much contemplation, I decided that I would like to start fresh so I did a server transfer/faction change and landed on Burning Blade. I played Horde on Burning Blade years ago and remember that it had a reputation for successfull pve progression. I decided to try the alliance side and chose a female dwarf. I was also raiding 5 nights a week which did offer a lot of burn out.
2. Why do you want to join TFB:
I had the pleasure with running a couple of instances with a shaman named Multiple whose main is in your guild. He was a talented player so I started asking him about guilds on the server. He mentioned to me that you all were looking for tankadins.
3. Are you easily offended by racist, sexist, or other such humor?:
Absolutely not. However, I do like to be respected no matter my beliefs. I respect other's opinions and will not attack them for it. I expect only the same in return. That being said, I have no problems with off-color jokes.
4. Do you have any friends within TFB? Any enemies?:
No sir (mam). I am new to the server and have not had a chance to befriend or offend anyone.

8. How reliable is your internet connection on a scale of 1 to 5?:

Achievements:
How many achievement points do you have?: 3470. Some got mixed up during the faction change. Working with a GM to resolve this.
What achievement are you the most proud of and why?: "My sack is gigantique." No, any of my hardmode achievements in Ulduar. Hardmodes got me back into the game. While we don't have the hard hard ones, they were all fun and worth doing.
Our Raid Schedule:
Wednesday: 7:00 - 11:00+
Monday: 7:00 - 11:00+
(10Mans are Optional and schedule around these 2 dates)
What is the absolute Latest you can raid until, we often will go 30min to 1hr later than scheduled depending on progress and content left? 10:30 P.M. or 11:00 Central. I work as a teacher so my days start really early. Trust me, when your handling 140 kids a day, you need your sleep.

Monday: 6-10 central ( i believe this coincides with your raid times.)
Tuesday: 6-8 central

1. If the raid leader was to wrongfully chew you out in the middle of a raid, how would you react? (be honest and explain!)
I would probably just keep quiet for the rest of the raid and try to not bring any attention to myself. I tend to just get mad and focus on doing my job when I get yelled at for a good reason or no reason at all. I'm not a drama queen so I won't go behind backs and bitch. I like to say I handle things in a mature and professional manner since my job requires me to do so.
2. If you were asked to sit out for a raid that you signed up for well in advance, how would you react? (be honest and explain!)
I wouldn't be excited about it but I always have some paperwork to do so it would be far from the end of the world to me. I would hope and expect to be given a good reason. But as I said, I like to handle things maturely and professionally.

1. If you were in charge of TFB, what would you make the guild ranks called (Leader, Officers, Raiders, Casuals)?
I would keep them pretty basic. Of course you would need some fun ranks. I would definately have a token asian rank. Every progressing guild has to have an asian for success. Even if that guy is really fat and white, you still need someone to take that role. I'm also a big fan of the friends and family ranks so people can have their friends in. I think its more important for the rank to mean something than it is just have it a funny name. For instance, a person with a raider rank should be a raider. They should be reliable and get the job done and most importantly don't die to dumb shit. If they keep dying to dumb shit, give them a rank..."Dumb Shit".

3. If you lost both your hands in an accident and the doctors said, 'Well, we can leave them as stumps or we could attach the hands of a monkey', what would you do?
Hands of a monkey. I have small hands so it would be nice to have big hands for once. I could probably bind more keys with monkey hands too.
4. Your best friend of the opposite sex is dying of a degenerative bone disease. One day he/she tells you it's their dying wish to have sex with you. You agree but after a few minutes he/she coughs, sputters and dies. Do you finish?
Wow that is a loaded question. I would like to think no, but if I haven't had any in a while...
5. Why are you actively searching a new guild? What expectations do you have?
I am new to the server and looking for a good fit. I like the social atmosphere of WoW and the late night/drunk vent conversations that happen through it. I expect to have a good time in the guild. I expect to be challenged and I expect to get better. I am far from the perfect pally that you might see in a World First Ensidia guild. But, that does not mean I won't try to get there.
6. How long have you been playing WoW and how many guilds have you been a member of?
2005. I was a terrible noob before I found out how to really play the game. Total guilds would be somewhere between 3-5. That is counting serious guilds that had their head on straight.
7. What is your longest tenure in any one guild?
