2. If you were asked to sit out for an MC or BWL that you signed up for well in advance, how would you react? I would simply go help a friend, PVP, or go run a low lvl instance like UBRS.

3. Are you familiar with the "Zero-Sum" DKP system of loot distribution? i have heard of it, yes

4. What do you think of Enst's PvP movies? They are good, i believe i beat him in a dule once, then he pwnd me right back about 8 times :p

Well look at it this way if they didn't chain trap I would rape them, so I guess winning is all that matters in duels aside from trying to not easy mode and use other talents hunters have :p

Honestly I wouldn't care about traps if they didn't have the biggest range ever. Its a fucking 1 inch pixel on the ground yet snares me from 15 yards away. GFG.

I've tried trap dancing, but it's like impossible for me to get close enough to a hunter standing on his trap to melee without getting trapped :(

I understand a trap here and there, sure. But relying solely on one trap succeeding the other until the person is dead? Pfft. Plus, stealth/vanish can help rogues in more ways than freezing traps can to hunters.

i think hunter traps are cheap too.. buts its only way to win so .. and its jsut liek chain fear ... and polymorph... and like stunlock rogues .. so yeah.. if it would help me get into the guild i wont freeztrap anymore :D if i could i would unlearn it to get in :p

how the hell is polymorph cheap, it heals you for christs sakes. if we sheep somehting mid-combat, its back to full health by the time we get something else off, and then we're still at 1/2 mp or hp

I'd like to see this essay too :)

There were a few problems with Oracle while he was in RoL as far as I can remember:

1. Did not care to master his class. He had the Mature Black Dragon Sinew and Ancient Petrified Leaf and had to be barred from raiding to get him to work on the quest. He would then complain about how bad a hunter he is. People would go and help him keep the area clear, other hunters would go and help him with the strategies, I was personally farming and sending him Greater Shadow Protection Potions and Greater Nature Protection Potions to aid him, yet he would play an alt druid instead of working on the Rok/Lok.

2. His attitude was self serving. One time that sticks out in my mind was showing up late to an Onyxia raid. We shot him an invite but were already in the instance and ready to pull when Oracle announces on vent "NO! Don't pull yet wait for me!! Aww you guys pulled? I hope you wipe!!"

3. Oracle is a DS Leatherworker. We had been sending him mats to make the black dragonscale set for the hunters with strong attendance for our first rag attempts. He made the items for himself instead of the people they were supposed to go to so that he could force his way into raids that other people had put lots of time into mastering.

All of these led me to believe that Oracle was only concerned about loot and what he could get and that his humility was a facade to fit in and get into raids. He didn't appear to want to work at improving his skill on his own. Everything required "help" to get it done.

I'm not an officer so I don't know if my opinion really matters on recruitment issues, but I don't hold grudges, if Oracle can prove himself I'm all for it. One piece of advice for Oracle though...

IMHO TFB is the best damned guild on the server. Yes they are progressed and Yes they are a ton of fun, but they are able to do that by being selective in who they recruit. Being able to pick top talent keeps them in the go zone for having fun and keeping the fact that this is a game in perspective. If you're willing to work at it and prove yourself I do not have a problem with it and wish you luck.

I really..really think letting him join is a BIG mistake. He griefed me twice on my Rhok/Lok quest. From what I've seen and heard, this guy is nothing more than a kid younger than me trapped inside an older kid's body. Even when he griefed me in WS, he had all his RoL buddies spam whisper me saying I'm a horrible hunter, when he was using aspect of the hawk during the fight (hunters and those who know the fight will understand this). Like Ramesis said, I think this guy is only apping for TFB because 1) He has nowhere else to go because noone will take him. 2) He just wants the gear fast, without having to show any skill. Imo, save us all from the pain and suffering, seeing as half the guild knows this guy (not in a good way), and just deny him.

to me it seems as if not many of you want me in the guild. alot of that stuff is not 100% true but some of it is. you cna close my app and do what ever you want. i do want ot be in this guild and not for teh gear, i meen the gear is a + but i realy liek alot of teh people in this guild. i worked hard to be able to get into the guild.. i worked my ass off getting my NAXX attunment which i got today and i worked my ass off gettign soem NR .. and i always have perfect attendance.. ramesis knows this i was ALWAYs in every raid unless it was full. and i never left early. and that ting about " i hope you wipe" i didnt say that i said " lol watch cuz the pwnage oracle isnt there you proly gunu wipe. just kidding you guys will down her" it did seem like i said i wanted you to wipe but it was a missunderstanding .. i was being cocky i guess and stupid. well ty for getting me into runs and im very sorry that i got those items like the zin'rok if i could i woudl give them back to your guild... well cya hope you do god in NAXX and stuff.:(
