Ez's been PvPing with Qaad for a while. He Rallin and Qaad hit 2K in 3v3s recently.

Seems like a really laid back guy. Obv knows how to play. Would be a great back up imo and great for our continued domination in PvP :P.

Anyways I don't think there is anything wrong with having him hang around as a pvp druid / backup healer. The fact that he does arena mostly ensures his gear will be relatively up to date if he needs to step in for whatever raid we are short for.

for pvp i could understand him getting in but as a backup healer for raids? even if he has top PvP gear is that really going to be sufficient for healing hyjal/bt/sunwell? and do we ever even have problems geting healers for raids? just my thoughts.

Granted my gear lvl well be a bit below standards as far as PvE standards go, but my skill lvl in a raid well more then make up for that, I know how to manage my mana and consumables. I was the top druid healer in Destined, and Ive only gotten better at this game since then, one thing is for sure that I can keep up with even the best geared players.

Knock wood that we haven't had any healer problems. However, healing in 25 mans is pretty damn simple, and Druids are very useful to have (I need Innervates :()

tbh raiding means very little to me these days, if you guys were like "omg we need heals" I would come but its not like Im going to be signing up for raids or anything, I just want a sexy guild tag and some good guild chat to enjoy myself while arening. It would be sweet to do a lil end game, even if its not Najentus :)

Really skill only means alot in your first month or so of hardcore raiding and then it switches to gear from there, and if you dont have experiance in 25 man healing (i dont play a healer so i dont know) your probably going to be confuesed on why your lowest and just assume gear (which may be true). Lastly, dont we use 3 resto druids already in raiding?

I have never been last on healing done in a raid, I have 172 days played on this toon, but hey it could happen and Id love to see  it :), but once again Im more interested in having a wider variety of people to play 2's and 3's with when Im borad and some good guild chat, Yova you talk as thou Ive never raided, just a FYI Destined and TFB were I think 3-4 on server progression back when I did raid hardcore. Your right about gear but Im a firm believer that its always going to be the skilled players in the raid that shine above the rest espically when everyone is on the same gear lvl :) Compare our rep pages Yova, I actually raided for a very long time mister Neutral :)

o and I also have a moonkin set, which I love specing to anytime :)

one more thing, wouldnt a few pieaces of veng be a upgrade for your shadoweave?

Though I don't think fights like Naj'entus are really good for PvP gear, I think Ast gives too little credit (gee, ya think Eagle?). Most fights in BT / Hyjal you can skim by with consumables and quick thinking (I mean shit, I did Naj'entus with blues)

Play in FULL PvP gear healer gear (400+ resil) and say that again. Blues at least have spirit on them.

As far as raiding we dont discount your ability, and gear comes with a few boss kills so whatev there. As mentioned we have a ton of raidind druids as is, so if you want to raid it would be far and few and if you are online tbh.

As for getting in on a pvp membership, works for me.

Up to the others I guess. Not seeing much officer feedback so if you are guildless we can invite you.

Biggest thing is once in TFB based on our status, don't be a pushy OMG CAN I LYK RAID TONIGHT PLX GUY.
